Addicts’s debut, ‘Complete Singles Collection’, does not fit easily into one genre. Complete Singles Collection carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. ‘Complete Singles Collection’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Unappreciated gift to Rock: Punk-Rock
is a very catchy tune.
Easy Way Out - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Addicts. I hope to keep hearing Addicts works for a long time to come. Organised Confusion is simple, dignified and effective, Addicts refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Viva La Revolution is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. When I listen to Steamroller in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Numbers can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Addicts is all about. Chinese Takeaway is such a gorgeous and optimistic song that things can get just better. You’ll Never Walk Alone is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Too Young have really caught my ear and imagination. Addicts allows each song to breathe and flourish. When listening to Joker In The Pack, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Tokyo is one of the coolest songs Addicts has ever recorded. Once you hear The Odd Couple, you will listen to it over and over. A.D.X. Medley - To me, this is the best song on the Complete Singles Collection. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. I listened to the opening track Come Along and liked it a lot. I believe It’s A Laugh is one of the most marvelous, heartfelt songs ever written. This track is just a stunning masterpiece.
