This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Adrian Gurvitz. Acoustic Heart carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Lead single “The Journey” and “Purple Rose” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. If I may, I suggest “The Journey”. That one song is amazing!
It’s such an underrated song.
This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. The song Images ending is my favorite… so catchy! Somedays is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. A Place In Heaven is just simply stunning. Eric’s Song is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Voice and instruments in First Love complement each other. Strong, powerful vocals of Adrian Gurvitz in De L’amour are very impressive. Music in The World Tonight is perfect as in all tracks of Acoustic Heart. Sorry Sadie gives good insight into the truths. This song is dynamic and dramatic.
