This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that Antichrisis has. Antichrisis’s debut, ‘Cantara Anachoreta’, does not fit easily into one genre. Antichrisis had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
After you’ve listened to , most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate.
The Endless Dance is the more seemingly obscure song on Cantara Anachoreta that bear up best to repeated listening. Requiem Ex Sidhe is a fine track on any terms. There is perfect mix of music in Goodbye To Jane. Voice and instruments in Baleias complement each other. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Her Orphaned Throne. Antichrisis rocks harder than ever with Descending Messiah. This song stands out greatly from the others.
