Aqua’s debut, ‘Aquarium’, does not fit easily into one genre. It has been one years Aqua’ last studio CD, “Aquarium” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Aqua on ‘Happy Boys and Girls’. This album is awesome.
on Aquarium is solid and easy to listen to.
My Oh My is the cool blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Nice and different song. Aqua sings Doctor Jones in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Heat Of The Night is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Song Be A Man is actually a funny song. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. First time I heard Roses Are Red was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Turn Back Time is another strong production from Aqua. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
