This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Bob Dylan has. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Bob Dylan. Lead single “Down In The Flood” and “Senor” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This is what good Rock: Folk-Rock should be.
Bob Dylan is hitting on all cylinders in .
Senor is a bit different from Bob Dylan stereotypical stuff. Down In The Flood couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track All Along The Watchtower. Tangled Up In Blue is one of these floating songs. Just Like A Woman hits the heart. I was truly moved when I heard Mister Tamborine Man. Master Of War motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. When listening to Boots Of Spanish Leather, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. A great put together song. I Shall Be Released is a very catchy tune. Highway 61 is one of the best records ever. Vocals of Bob Dylan in Like A Rolling Stone really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
