It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Christopher Young energies, virtually a rebirth. Since Christopher Young last CD (The Man Who Knew Too Little) on EMI Records back in 1997, I have felt a massive void in my life. This is one of the best Cd’s Christopher Young has dropped to date. Unappreciated gift to Soundtrack
is the most memorable and marvelous.
This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Christopher Young has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Anahita is outstanding work of Christopher Young. Christopher Young is one of artists that allow his songs like Goose Neck Chili to stand on their own and be heard. Demented Mentor - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Love Needs A Pretty Face - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. It’s such an underrated song. If you are a Christopher Young fan, you will love Cyrano And Fabio. Constant Misery - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Opening track Barrytone Sex shows the best of Christopher Young. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Bon Voyage is one of the more up-tempo songs on The Man Who Knew Too Little. Watch That Man is a strong cut, one of many.
