On Drop The Break album, Cirrus have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Cirrus had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. When you buy a Cirrus album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Drop The Break touched my soul like nothing else.
A unique and uplifting song.
I love the melodic melody of Leap Into The Light and to this day it makes me feel good. In Break In (Transatlantic Move Mix) the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Ghetto Of Life is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Superstar Dj is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Superstar is one of the more up-tempo songs on Drop The Break. This track is a great song that still never gets old. October 27 - Check out that bassline! This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Cirrus. Album opener Break In is a bright, upbeat ditty. Yallah Habibe is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music.
