Dan Ar Braz had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. En Concert isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. ten years ago, Dan Ar Braz briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Left In Peace”. If I may, I suggest “Borders Of Salt”. That one song is amazing!

Get En Concert and turn on Left In Peace if you are going to sip your wine late at night. A unique and uplifting song. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Enez Eusa is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. The opening track Green Lands is very much like you would expect from other albums. Suite De Kopanitza is the albums biggest surprise. The first time I listened to Eleanor I was struck by its cool sound. Ailein Duinn (Dark Alan) - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. La Blanche Hermine one is one of the better boring ones. I like the idea behind Language Of The Gaels. Spike Island Lasses The Flogging Reel is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Dan Ar Braz released so far.
