On In The Flames Of Black Art album, Darzamat have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. There is so much to love about Darzamat, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Darzamat had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. In The Flames Of Black Art is the best essence of Darzamat.
This song stands out greatly from the others.
Legend is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Within the first few notes of Secret Garden it’s perfectly clear that Darzamat is living this song. Inevitable Eclipse pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Darzamat emotions are reflected through The Storm. This song may be the most meaningful. Theatre Of Rapture is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Darzamat released so far. The first time I listened to The Dream I was struck by its marvelous sound. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on In The Flames Of Black Art.
