‘Feelings’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This is the first studio album from David Byrne since bad diagnosis in 1997. It’s natural for David Byrne to take a stab at ‘Fuzzy Freaky’ considering her long-professed love for Gustav Holst. One of David Byrne’s best albums yet.

So much energy, so exciting a sound.A Soft Seduction (3:01) - awsome. From the moment you listen to Dance On Vaseline you’re hooked. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is The Gates Of Paradise because the melody in the chorus is so good. Amnesia - another great track from the Feelings album. You Don’t Know Me - A classic David Byrne track. Feelings couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Daddy Go Down. In Finite = Alright you won’t find any flashy solos. Wicked Little Doll is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Burnt By The Sun - A nice song. Simple and heartfelt closing track The Civil Wars closes Feelings on a high note. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is (Untitled). They Are In Love is a song to enjoy for years to come.
