After debuting at No. 1 last week, Drum & Bass - Various Artists’s album Anokha: Soundz of the Asian Underground falls to No. 2 with 782,000, a sales slide of 52%. This is the first studio album from Drum & Bass - Various Artists since bad diagnosis in 1997. After seeing Talvin Singh feat. Amar / Jaan, I had to have a good Drum & Bass - Various Artists cd. This album is awesome.
Drum & Bass - Various Artists breathes new life into the music in .
State of Bengal / Flight IC408 - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Drum & Bass - Various Artists. Lelonek / Kizmet is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. I was truly moved when I heard Future Soundz of India / Shang High. Once you hear State of Bengal / Chittagong Chill, you will listen to it over and over. A. R. Rahman / Mumbai Theme Tune is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. In Talvin Singh feat. Leone / Distant God the music gets its power. Amar / Heavy Intro is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Osmani Soundz / Spiritual Master Key - I like this one. The Milky Bar Kid / Accepting Trankuility is the funkiest number on the album. Kingsik Biswas / K-Ascendant is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade.
