I am not a real Trip-Hop music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Whiskey’ really is amazing. This is the first studio album from Jay-Jay Johanson since bad diagnosis in 1996. On Whiskey album, Jay-Jay Johanson have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Whiskey.

So Tell The Girls That I’m Back In Town is nothing but pure genius. Such hits like The Girl I Love Is Gone will leave you hooked. Skeletal is probably the highlight of the album. I’m Older Now is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Tell Me Like It Is is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. I Fantasize Of You is the song that really did it for me. Mana Mana Mana Mana - To me, this is the best song on the Whiskey.
