On the Cyprus charts, superstar Laika’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Sounds of the Satelites isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Laika on ‘Praire Dog’. Enjoy the show.

Listening to Breather you can hear that Laika has still amazing chemistry with band members. Out Of Sight and Snowblind is gorgeous work of Laika. Almost Sleeping is really the reason why I recommend buying Sounds of the Satelites. A fantastic track full of wonder. Bedbugs is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Martinis On The Moon is the funkiest number on the album. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Laika. Shut Off/Curl Up was the first single release from the album Sounds of the Satelites. Spooky Rhodes gives taste of what makes Laika special as a musician. I came to like Dirty Feet + Giggles.
