This disc has all of the essential Lars Hollmer classics. ‘Andetag’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Self-described as Folk with lots of words, Lars Hollmer comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is the best album I have heard in a long time

Some of the arrangements found on Andetag are surprisingly edgy. Now is a strong cut, one of many. If you are a Lars Hollmer fan, you will love Asianet. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Tot Brass because the melody in the chorus is so good. Cirkus I is the first taste of the new album. Cirkus II gives good insight into the truths. I like the agression and power of Forsik. Flyg O Forget is astounding song though, very addictive. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. The sound in Nya Tag is really warm and Lars Hollmer’s signature voice is still very much present. Blew our minds when we first heard Zwei Kneipe. Avnuserg I - II is one of the coolest songs Lars Hollmer has ever recorded. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Samma Dag, which shows, blatantly, how much Lars Hollmer has evolved as a singer. Teknoloo is another favourite of mine. Videpiano is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit.
