Lead single “Haja O Que Houver” and “Os Dias Sao A Noite” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. It has been three years Madredeus’ last studio CD, “O Paraiso” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. For older fans O Paraiso will put a massive smile accross your face. This is my first Madredeus Album and i must say i am blown away.

The opening track Os Dias Sao A Noite is very much like you would expect from other albums. A Tempestade is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. The song A Andorinha Da Primavera ending is my favorite… so catchy! Within the first few notes of Claridade it’s perfectly clear that Madredeus is living this song. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. I like the agression and power of O Fim Da Estrada. Agora - Cancao Aos Novos - arguably the best track on O Paraiso album. A Margem is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Coisas Pequenas is a fine track on any terms. Nao Muito Distante - another great track from the O Paraiso album. Strong, powerful vocals of Madredeus in O Sonho are very impressive. O Paradiso - A classic Madredeus track.
