This album has some very good songs like Drummers of the Nile - Maqsoum and Drummers of the Nile - Darig Masri. This is one of the best Cd’s Mahmoud Fadl has dropped to date. six years ago, Mahmoud Fadl briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Drummers of the Nile - Darig Masri”. If you love Mahmoud Fadl as much as I do, then Mahmoud Fadl Drummers of the Nile is the CD for you!

What sets Drummers of the Nile - Darig Masri apart is Mahmoud Fadl’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Music in Drummers of the Nile - Falahi is excellent as in all tracks of Drummers of the Nile. Nagrashad - Halawa Ya is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Mardoum is the funkiest number on the album. South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Saira is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. It’s a great pleasure to listen to South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Shaygiya from the beginning to the end. South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Dishka is a exquisite sing-along. South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Karachi is a song to enjoy for years to come. South Nubian and Sudanese Rhythms - Wahda one of the best in my collection. A Night on Mohamed Ali Street - Aament Bellah is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Traditional Nubian Rhythms - Koumbakash stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. You can find feelings on this piece of art. The first time I listened to Traditional Nubian Rhythms - Kaff (Ollin Aragid) I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Traditional Saidi Rhythms - Saidi Queen on Drummers of the Nile is solid and easy to listen to.
