Mystere is one of my favorite songs by Ophelia’s Dream. Reflexions is a strong cut, one of many. Listening to Piece For Solo Oboe you can hear that Ophelia’s Dream has still amazing chemistry with band members. Tears is probably the highlight of the album. Arabesque is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Sophia’s Prayer had me crying as I was able to relate so well. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Saltarello because the melody in the chorus is so good. Sophia’s Reprise is possibly the best song Ophelia’s Dream has come up. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on All Beauty Is Sad. Dreams is the albums biggest surprise. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Fall presents the excellent mix of instruments on All Beauty Is Sad.
