It’s natural for Pain of Salvation to take a stab at ‘! (Foreword)’ considering her long-professed love for Gridlok. Lead single “! (Foreword)” and “Welcome to Entropia” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. There were many famous songs of Pain of Salvation available. Exciting stuff.
|titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Entropia.
This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Entropia. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Although People Passing by is very melodic it is far from sad. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. From the moment you listen to Stress you’re hooked. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. The first time I listened to Void of Her I was struck by its exquisite sound. To the End (6:49) a good melody. Never Learn to Fly - I just love it. Voice and instruments in Circles complement each other. I love the melodic melody of Nightmist and to this day it makes me feel good. After about the third Plains of Dawn listen through, I began to believe this song is Pain of Salvation’s essence. This song stands out greatly from the others.
