Pakeni was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Pakeni and Detergent Bubble Bath together. After seeing Ultraplast, I had to have a good Pakeni cd. Detergent Bubble Bath isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. IF you love Pakeni, ‘Detergent Bubble Bath’ Mp3’s is the best!
one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard.
I now have Detergent Bubble Bath (Incubated At 4) as one of my personal favorites. I find myself hearing bits of Reanimate The Way here and there throughout my waking hours. The song feels complete. After about the third Hydro listen through, I began to believe this song is Pakeni’s essence. I like to sing along with Ebony (The Body Hammer Massage), though I mess up the lyrics sometimes.
