Procol Harum was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Procol Harum and A Salty Dog together. While no new Procol Harum album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1997 tour in Australia. There is so much to love about Procol Harum, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This album is awesome.

The song Milk of Human Kindness ending is my favorite… so catchy! This track is full of harmonies and gets A Salty Dog off to a relaxing start. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Juicy John Pink [Mono Version] one is one of the better boring ones. I came to like Wreck of the Hesperus. All This and More pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Some call Crucifiction Lane from A Salty Dog as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. I think Pilgrims Progress is the best song Procol Harum has ever done.
