This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Riccardo Cocciante has. This is the first studio album from Riccardo Cocciante since bad diagnosis in 1997. Innamorato isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I wish that “Innamorato” album was instrumental.
I have all of Riccardo Cocciante’s tracks and is probably the most his introspective effort.
Che Storia! is the albums biggest surprise. Ti Amo Ancora Di Piu the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Harry Loves Mary is worth the money. Questi Momenti is a gorgeous, simple song by Riccardo Cocciante at the top of his game. Only one song from Innamorato named Male really got me. Ti Scordero, Ti Scordero is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Grande E La Citta gives good insight into the truths. Pelle Sulla Pelle is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Riccardo Cocciante ever produced. Vacanze Insieme Sul Mar Nero is a very catchy tune. Ho Dimenticato is astounding. Innamorato presents the astounding mix of instruments on Innamorato.
