This three-song debut EP shows the promise that Shellac has. ‘The Futurist’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Self-described as Indie with lots of words, Shellac comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. If I may, I suggest “01″. That one song is amazing!
