For older fans Friendliness Plus will put a massive smile accross your face. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Stackridge energies, virtually a rebirth. Stackridge had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Overall, I would highly recommend Friendliness Plus CD.

There Is No Refuge has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Stackridge’s strong vocals come to the fore. Syracuse The Elephant is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Amazingly Agnes. Father Frankenstein Is Behind Your Pillow has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Stackridge offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Stackridge sings his heart out in Friendliness (Pt. 2). Teatime is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Slark - Check out that bassline! Song Everyman is actually a funny song. Purple Spaceships Over Yatton good vocals.
