seven years ago, The Vandals briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “It’s A Fact”. This disc has all of the essential The Vandals classics. This is one of the best Cd’s The Vandals has dropped to date. The Quickening is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.

When I listen to It’s A Fact in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Allah is excellent song though, very addictive. Tastes Like Chicken rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. This track is clearly meant to showcase The Vandals’s vocal abilities. How (Did This Loser Get This Job) - A strong beat. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Quickening is Hungry For You. Song Failure Is The Best Revenge is actually a funny song. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Canine Euthenaisa had me crying as I was able to relate so well. I now have Moving Up as one of my personal favorites. Music and lyrics of (I’ll Make You) Love Me creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Choosing Your Masters is the albums biggest surprise. I Believe is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music.
