While no new Volapuk album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1997 tour in Australia. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Volapuk. When you buy a Volapuk album, you know exactly what you’re getting! This album is a scorcher!
This track is a great song that still never gets old.
Taragot - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. La Fleche Qui Vole Est Immobile (1:16) a good melody. Three Curiously Insubstantial Duets N’3 is pretty funky and mellow. La Tarte A La Courgette is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Citron 21 is beautiful, yet underrated track. Volapuk has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Only one song from Slang! named L’esquive Est Superleure A L’attaque really got me. The sound in Une Femme Aux Balkans is really warm and Volapuk’s signature voice is still very much present. Lorient is a strong cut, one of many. La Chanson Du Vo gives taste of what makes Volapuk special as a musician. Il Pleut presents the exquisite mix of instruments on Slang!.
